Jill, I was so shocked and saddened to learn of Charlie's passing. We worked together at ASME. He was a wonderful, gentle man who had a knack for helping people "get a grip" and put things in perspective when looking at the big picture. I can still hear him laughing and loving the Yankess ---and even wrestling matches. I can't even begin to imagine your heartbreak and will pray that you have the strength it will take to adjust to life without Charlie. May he rest in peace.

I just wanted to send my condolences to the family of Charles Spinelli and his wife Jill. I had worked with Charlie at ASME from 87 until 02 and he was nothing but a great boss. It saddened my heart to hear of his passing. He will truly be missed bu many. R.I.P. my good friend!

I am so lost for words right now. I have known Charlie for 23 years and he always had a smile on his face. He was one of kind and we will truly miss him.

I am so sorry to hear about Charlie. I can only image the sorrow you and your family are experiencing. I remember Charlie's humor, his humility, and of course his compassion for animals. Many of us at ASME shared in trying to find homes for strays. He always spoke of your love for animals, and how your volunteered your time to the shelters. Dear Jill,
We are all richer for having known Charlie. He was a very special person and the greatest friend. He was always there when you needed him. Please accept my condolences on Charlie's passing. Everyone liked him, and those who knew him knew what a great guy he was. He helped everyone the best he could, and still was able to do it with a smile. Our many conversations about the Yankees was one of the things I always looked forward too. I have known Charlie for many years, before he even came to ASME. Charlie was truly a gentle soul who enjoyed the simple pleasures of life. I never ever heard him speak an ill word of anyone. He focused on only the good things in people. He was always a calming influence during some of our hectic days. With a cup of coffee in one hand and a smile on his face, he was always greeting everyone with a warm Hello!
