Obituary of John Baptist Riedener

John Baptist Riedener of Landing died Wednesday March 30, 2011 at home. He was 76. Born in Lindenhurst NY, he has lived in Landing for 43 years. A Navy veteran who served on the USS Rowe, he was an electrical engineer with Picatinny Arsenal in Rockaway retiring in 1995. He received a Bachelors Degree from Utah State University in 1965 and a MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University in 1971 John was a parishioner of Our Lady of the Lake RC Church in Mt. Arlington, a member of the Shore Hill Country Club, the Knights of Columbus and the Picatinny Rod and Gun Club. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and boating. Beloved husband of Patricia. Devoted father of John Riedener and his wife Jennifer and Christene Riedener and Dennis Johnson. Dear brother of George Riedener and his wife Andre, the late Trudy Barylski and her husband Frank and the late Greta . Loving grandfather of John and Tauri Riedener and Matilda Johnson.
