Obituary of Betty Jo Robinson

Betty Jo Robinson, of Lake Hopatcong, passed away on Monday April 28 at University Hospital in Newark. She was 56. Born in Morristown to the late George, Jr. and the late Dorothy Mae, Betty Jo has been a lifelong resident of Lake Hopatcong. She was employed at Dunkin Donuts in Jefferson and was a caregiver for her parents for many years. Betty Jo loved to sing and was a member of Sparta United Methodist Church and NJ Conservatory Choir. She was also a member of the BPO Elks Lodge #2109 in Mt. Arlington and previously volunteered on the Jefferson Township Rescue Squad. Survivors include a sister, Brenda Agamie-Fisch and husband Mark, a brother, John Robinson and wife, Esther, nieces Jordan Agamie and Jessica Herndon and her husband Tucker, nephews Justin Agamie and Tucker Robinson, a great nephew, Morgan Herndon and numerous Livingston and Robinson family relatives. A graveside service will be held on Saturday May 3 at 10:AM at Cedar Lawn Cemetery in Paterson followed by a Celebration of Betty Jo's life from 1:00PM to 4:00PM with a short service at 1:30PM at the BPO Elks Lodge, 201 Howard Blvd., Mt.
