Obituary of Frances C. Chandler

Frances C. (Nocella) Chandler died Wednesday April 7 at Compassionate Care Hospice at St Clare's in Dover. She was 56 years old. Born in Paterson, she resided in Totowa, Erskin Lakes, Wayne and Landing prior to moving to the Succasunna section of Roxbury Township in December of 2006. She earned her associates degree from William Paterson College. Mrs. Chandler was an accomplished swimmer and an avid dancer and once appeared on The Sandy Becker Television Show. Loving wife of Neil H. Chandler. Devoted daughter of Cecilia Nocella and the late Frank Nocella. Dear sister of Frank Nocella. Beloved mother of Jennifer Chandler Zechman, David S. Chandler and John J. Mooney. Adoring grandmother of six.
