Obituary of Joan M. Cardin

Joan Mildred Cardin died Tuesday March 30 at Hackettstown Regional Medical Center. She was 77. Born in New York City, Mrs. Cardin resided in the Bronx, NY prior to moving to Hopatcong in 1973. She was employed as the Chief Financial Officer for Byram Township until her retirement in 2001. She was a parishioner of St. Jude RC Church in Hopatcong and enjoyed playing bingo. Loving wife of 53 years of Donald. Beloved mother of Katherine Maranzano and her husband Ben, Teresa Oswin and her husband Bill, Donald Jr. and his wife Theresa and James and his wife Lisa. Adoring grandmother of twelve. Dearest sister of Kathryn Bauer and her husband Roger.
