Edna May (nee: Tapen) Christiansen of Hague NY (formerly of Hopatcong) died Thursday February 11, 2010 at Glens Falls Hospital, Glens Falls NY. She was 96. Born in Weehawken, she lived in Hopatcong before moving to Hague NY in 2008. She was an envelope assembler with Eastern Envelope in Flanders. She was the "dancing queen" who loved life and people. Beloved wife of the late Lief (1976). Devoted mother of Robert C. Christiansen and his wife Catherine of Hague NY. Loving grandmother of Chris J. Christiansen and Debra Boag and her husband Patrick. Cherished great grandmother of Colton, Chesney, Hunter and Logan. Loving aunt of Edna Szymansky. Dear sister of the late Dorothy Engelhardt.
