Obituary of Dorothy J. Rinnooi

Dorothy J. (nee: Hostoski) Rinnooi of Hopatcong died Saturday January 30, 2010 at home. She was 63. Born in New York, NY, she lived in Parsippany before moving to Hopatcong 40 years ago. She was a receptionist with Randolph Eye Care in Randolph. A Sunday school teacher for over 25 years with Our Savior Lutheran Church in Stanhope, she also was active with the church choir and the church bell choir. She enjoyed knitting, crafting, collectables and was active with the Girl Scouts. Beloved wife for 42 and ½ years of Jan H. Devoted mother of Jan M. of Hopatcong and Stacy J. Hicks and her husband Mark of Denville. Dear sister of Michael and Robert Hostoski, Jean Cettina and Carol Baruffaldi. Loving grandmother of Lauren and Nathan Hicks. Cremation will be private. A celebration of her life will be held at Our Savior Lutheran Church in Stanhope at a later date.
