Obituary of Mary Binetti

Mary Binetti, of Hopatcong, formerly of Deland, FL, passed away Wednesday April 9, 2014 at Merry Heart Assisted Living Facility, Succasunna. She was 88. Born in Mufetta, Italy, Mary came to the United States at the age of three and settled in Hoboken. Mary resided in Parsippany and then retired to Deland, FL with her late husband, Julius where they stayed for 30 years. For the last five years, Mary resided close to her family in Hopatcong. She was a seamstress and beautician and enjoyed beading and Jewelry making. Devoted wife of the late Julius, loving mother of Lucille Greer and husband, Lenny, Camille Zicolello and husband, Nick, Debbie Van Gieson and husband, Ernie and Julianna Cataldo, cherished grandmother of ten grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend a celebration of Mary's life on Friday April 11 from 4-7 pm at Leber-Lakeside Funeral Home, Landing. A catholic prayer service will be offered Friday evening at 6:00 pm at the funeral home. Remaining services are private.
