I met Billy in 1999, thru my husband Chuck. He was a character! I can still here his very distinct voice! He was a great man, and loved his family dearly. We would have long conversations about his grandchildren, and children in general. They were his greatest joy! I am so terribly sorry for your loss. I will miss him dearly.
