We will always remember Pat and his devotion to the Shore Hills Swim Team. His running of the meets was legendary...no one will ever approach his speed and efficiency. When working at the clerk table, you kept up, no matter what. From my understanding, the mid-meet break was Pat's invention. All I can say is Thank God! It was the only time to catch up.
I will always remember the pride on Pat's face when Brian gave his end-of-season Swim team speech. Pat fostered a love of swimming and of Shore Hills in his children that has extended to all the kids on the team now. Shore Hills is a great place to raise your family, the beach is my kid's "favorite place on earth" and Pat had a large part in creating the sense of family we share there.
