Tom "Bubba" Garder 71. Died November 19, 2009 at home. Born on August 20, 1938 in Brooklyn, NY. His parents are Oscar and Agnes Garder. He lived Budd Lake for the past 49 years. Tom was a professional builder and was the owner of T&J Custom Builders. He served in the United States Marine Corps and was the past Committee Chairman for the Boy Scouts in Budd Lake for Troop 62. He is survived by his loving wife Joyce (Kerwicki) Garder. Devoted father of Terri and John Kramer Jacqueline and Bill Colgan Joann and Tom Hart Jennifer and John Cheney. Cherished Grandfather of Miranda and Jason Acosta and Justin Ford, William and Marta Colgan, Samantha Colgan, Nicole, John, Tommy, and Courtney Hart, Dillon and Sabrina Cheney and the late Lauren Colgan. Dear brother of Carole Terry and Janet Wyckoff Richard Garder and the late William Garder.
