Obituary of James Linnen

James Linnen of Beachwood, NJ passed away Wednesday, April 2, 2014 at Community Medical Center, Toms River. He was 54. Born in Newark to the late Thomas and Lucille Linnen, James lived in Livingston and Sparta before moving to Beachwood. James was a Retired Police Officer for the East Orange Police Department dedicating 23 years to the city. He enjoyed bowling, watching Law & Order TV series, taking trips to the casinos and having fun in the sun with his family. James was an avid animal lover and enjoyed spending time with his many dogs. Beloved companion of Sherri Peluso. Loving brother of Lucille "Louanne" Stanziale and husband, Paul. Dear Uncle of Kristina Tredway, Jennifer Cooper, Donna Rivas, Kathleen Boger, eight grandnieces and grandnephews and stepfather of Jessica and Patrick Byrnes, children of Susan Byrnes Linnen.
