As president of the Cayman Radio Society, I express condolences on behalf of the members of the society to Echard and his family. However, being a father, I wish to express even more of my deepest heart felt empathy with all who are grieving the lost of a daughter, relative, and friend. May the presence of God be felt close to you all in you bereavement.
