Dear marie and Ray,
So sorry about your mom passing. I have the opportunity to say good bye and said a prayer to her at Homestead before she passed away.
She has been a fun lady and brought such joy ro the staff with her smile and her "funny comments and gestures."
She was well loved by all and we will miss her dearly.
Please find consolation in your hearts knowing that you provided her with love and care while she was at our home. Not only that you gave her the best love and care but you did the same to all us staff. We are always grateful to all you did for us, the cakes, the help and the kind words to show how we were appreciated.
I know i feel blessed that as a dietitian, I was able to provide her the best nutrition she will accept and tolerate even at the last few months of her struggle.
She is now resting and I hope and wish you and your family love and peace.
