Obituary of Lisa Ann Nicholoff

Lisa Ann Nicholoff died Monday May 11, 2009 at her home in Union Beach. She was 48 years old. Born in Denville, Ms. Nicholoff was raised in Stanhope and resided in various locations in Monmouth County prior to moving to Union Beach 5 years ago. She was a socially active person. She was very proud of her political awareness and worked very hard on President Obama's campaign. Ms. Nicholoff earned her bachelors degree in International Business and Marketing from New York University's Stern School of Business in New York City in 1986. During her educational career, she studied abroad at Universita Commerciale Luigi Bocconi in Milan, Italy and University Lyon in Lyon, France. In addition to English, she also spoke Italian, French and Russian. Loving daughter of Robert and Julia C. Nicholoff. Dear sister of Rob, Adam, Nina and Mary Dahna and their spouses. Beloved aunt of 5 nephews and 3 nieces. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend a memorial gathering on Friday May 15 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm at Leber-Lakeside Funeral Home, 150 Landing Road, Landing. A family eulogy will begin Friday evening at 8:00 pm at the funeral home.
