Obituary of Michael T. Frayne

Michael T. Frayne, age 73, of Hopatcong, NJ died Monday, October 20, 2014 at home surrounded by his loving family. Michael was born February 21, 1941 in Orange, NJ. He was pre-deceased by his beloved wife, Dianne (McGrath) in 2011. He was the son of the late James and the late Mildred (Jacobus) Frayne. He resided in Hopatcong for the past 17 years and previous to that, he lived in West Orange, NJ. Michael was employed by PIX Manufacturing in Berkley Heights, NJ as a tool & dye maker for many years. In later years, he also worked for Joseph's Limousine Service in Livingston, NJ. He proudly served his country in the United States Army. He is survived by his daughter, Michelle Elmquist, his son, Michael J. Frayne, his cherished grandchildren; Ashley, Austin, Alec and Amy and his great-granddaughter, Shay. He is also survived by his loving sister, Mildred Strowe. Michael's Life Celebration will include visitation on Wednesday, October 22nd from 5:00 to 9:00 pm at Leber-Lakeside Funeral Home, 150 Landing Road, Landing, NJ. There will be a funeral mass on Thursday, October 23rd at 10:00 am at St. Jude Church, 40 Maxim Drive, Hopatcong, NJ. Friends and family may gather at the funeral home at 9:00 am prior to the mass on Thursday morning. Interment will immediately follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery in East Hanover, NJ.
