Samuel Anthony Ammiano - Sam was born on January 12, 1936 and died suddenly at Newton Memorial Hospital on September 13, 2008. He was 72 years old. Sam was the only child of the late Josephine and Samuel Ammiano. He was born in Jersey City and has been a resident of Hopatcong for the past 36 years.
