Obituary of Theresa Fair

Theresa (Guerra) Fair passed away unexpectedly due to complications from heart surgery on Saturday September 6, 2008 at Morristown Memorial Hospital. She was 76 years old. Born in Netcong, Mrs. Fair has resided in the Ledgewood section of Roxbury Township for 49 years. She worked as a receptionist for Rockaway Pediatrics in Rockaway for 20 years before retiring in 1991. Mrs. Fair loved cooking for her family and baking cookies for her friends. She was a parishioner of St. Therese RC Church in Succasunna and was an avid bowler at Ledgewood Circle Lanes in the St. Therese Tuesday morning bowling league for 40 years. She also enjoyed trips to Atlantic City. Mrs. Fair is predeceased by her loving husband George "Bill" in 1990, her sisters Mary Tedeschi, Vincetta Demeo and Virginia Roloson and a brother Tony Guerra. She will be dearly missed by her surviving family which includes her son, Richard and his wife Melissa of Flanders, her daughter Marilyn Hedden and her husband Roger of Byram Twp., two granddaughters, Tammy Webber and her husband, Chuck of Byram Twp. and Rebecca Lyn of Rockaway and a great grandson CJ Webber of Byram Twp. Also surviving are her brothers, John Guerra and his wife, Angie of Netcong, Samuel Guerra and his wife, Joann of Landing and Lester Guerra also of Landing, a sister Carmella Gentile of Netcong, two step-grandchildren Lauren & Joseph DeBaene of Flanders as well as many nieces and nephews.
