Obituary of Francis X. Kearney

Francis X. "Frank" Kearney died Monday August 18, 2008 at his home in Mt. Arlington. He was 81 years old. Born in Jersey City, NJ, Mr. Kearney has resided in Mt. Arlington for many years. He was a retired ironworker employed by Ironworkers local #45 in Jersey City and also worked as a Jersey City Police Officer. Mr. Kearney served in the United States Marine Corps. He was a parishioner of Our Lady of the Lake Church in Mt. Arlington and enjoyed wood working. Loving husband of the late Irene (nee, McAndrews) who passed in 2002, beloved father of Maureen Ennis, Eileen Quinn, Patricia Kearney, Michael Kearney and Michael Doll, dearest brother of James Kearney, adoring grandfather of Ryan Hayes, Taylor Quinn and Ryan and Alison Doll.
