Obituary of Joan Langewisch

Joan Langewisch died Wednesday June 4, 2008 at Compassionate Care Hospice at St. Clare's in Dover. Born in Jersey City, Mrs. Langewisch resided in River Edge prior to moving to Hopatcong 43 years ago. She retired in 1993 from her occupation as a bus driver for Mazzochi Bus Co. in Bernardsville. Loving wife of the late Frederick. Beloved mother of Gail Trautman and her late husband, Eric, Mary Beth Batty and her husband, Mark and Christopher and his wife Melissa. Cherished grandmother of Tori and Erin Lipton and Alexander Trautman. Adoring great grandmother of Tarran Griffith. Dearest sister of William Cameron and the late Keith Cameron. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend a memorial gathering on Saturday June 7 from 9-10 am at Leber-Lakeside Funeral Home, 150 Landing Road, Landing, NJ. Catholic prayer services will be offered at 9:45 am at the funeral home. Interment of Mrs. Langewisch's cremated remains will follow at Stanhope Union Cemetery in Mt. Olive Twp.
