Obituary of Patrick J. Walsh

ROXBURY TOWNSHIP - Patrick J. Walsh Sr. died Sunday October 21 in Toms River. He was 51 years old. Born in Pittston, PA, Mr. Walsh resided in the Port Morris section of Roxbury Township prior to moving to Roxbury's Landing section 28 years ago. He was a graduate of Roxbury High School Class of 1974. He was a carpenter for Pat & Pat Carpentry of Landing which he owned and operated. Mr. Walsh loved fishing, riding his motorcycle, traveling to the Jersey Shore and going to Bruce Springsteen concerts. All of these activities, he enjoyed most when he could share them with his family. Loving husband of 28 years of Leslie (nee: Molitoris), beloved father of Alison at home and the late Patrick J. Jr. who passed in 2006. Dearest brother of Joseph and wife, Sharon of Wantage, Jerry and wife Carol of Landing, Thomas and wife Margie of Kenvil and the late Judith Townsend who passed in 2006. Cherished son-in-law of Lillian and Andrew Molitoris of Ledgewood. Beloved brother-in-law of Lori Baker and husband Mark of Succasunna, Lee Blackburn and husband Bill of Illinois and Ralph Townsend of Newton. Also surviving are many, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and dear friends.
