Obituary of Theresa Perretti

Theresa Perretti, of Palm Coast, FL and Hopatcong, NJ passed away on Sunday January 5 at Hackettstown Regional Medical Center in Hackettstown, NJ. She was 78. Born in Brooklyn, NY, Theresa resided there and in Maspeth, Queens until 1976 when she moved her family to Hopatcong, NJ. She lived in Hopatcong for 20 years prior to taking up residence in Palm Coast in 1996. She worked as the Cafeteria Manager at Hopatcong High School for many years. Theresa was a passionate and accomplished bingo player, but her greatest joy in life was spending time with her loving family. Devoted wife of the late Pat, loving mother of Patricia Wright and husband, Richard, Robert and wife, Diane and Karen Englehardt and husband, David, beloved grandmother of Nicole Perretti, Anthony Perretti, Kaley Englehardt, Nicholas Wright and Zachary Englehardt, adoring great grandmother of Jayden Perretti and dearest sister of Rose Bargione, the late Carmella "Millie" Bailey and the late Lucy Triolo. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Theresa's Life Celebration on Wednesday January 8 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm at the Leber-Lakeside Funeral Home, Landing, NJ. A funeral prayer service will be offered on Thursday January 9 beginning at 10:00 am at the funeral home. Theresa will be laid to rest at Stanhope Union Cemetery immediately following the service. Friends and relatives may begin gathering at 9:00 am Thursday morning prior to prayers. The family is planning an additional celebration of Theresa's life in the Palm Coast area at a later date.
