Obituary of Katharine G. Schwippert

Katharine G. (Wallenstein) Schwippert died Sunday June 3, 2007 at her home in Stanhope. She was 75 years old. Born in New Market, NJ, Mrs. Schwippert has resided in Stanhope for over 50 years. She was employed as a school bus driver at Byram Bus Lines in Stanhope for 20 years before retiring in 2006. Prior to that, Mrs. Schwippert was a school bus driver for Lenape Valley Regional High School for 19 years. She took great pride in the distinction of being one of Lenape Valley High School's first bus drivers. She was also a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Stanhope. Loving wife of the late Hans (1979). Beloved mother of Patricia Hassell of Hockley, TX, Ted Schwippert and his wife, Patty of Newton and Ron Schwippert of Hamburg. Adoring grandmother of John, Traci, Vanessa, Garrett, Mikaela and Cristina.
