Obituary of Joanne Mary Wojtach

Joanne Mary Wojtach, of Knowlton Township, passed away Tuesday December 17 at St. Luke's Hospital, Bethlehem. She was 71. Born in Newark, Joanne resided in Hopatcong prior to moving to Knowlton Township ten years ago. She worked as a clerk for Shop Rite Supermarkets in Succasunna. Joanne was President of the Ladies' Guild of St. Jude's Church in Blairstown, a member of the Red Hats Social Club, former member and officer of the Rosary Altar Society of St. Jude's Church in Hopatcong. Devoted wife of 48 years of Peter G., beloved mother of David and wife, Kerry, Christopher and wife, Cathy, Cara Nagy and husband, Charlie and Dr. Jennifer Reimer and husband Christian, loving grandmother of Kevin, Lisa, Ashley, Tyler, CJ, Nicholas, Gavin, Nicholas, Morgan, Amanda and Nicole, dearest sister of Linda Cerbone and husband, Michael and Patricia Poll and husband, Raymond. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Joanne's Life Celebration on Friday December 20 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm at Leber-Lakeside Funeral Home, Landing. A Liturgy of Christian Burial will be offered on Saturday December 21 at 10:00 am at St. Jude's Church, 7 Eisenhower Road, Blairstown. Cremation will be private.
