There are no words that can convey to your family the deepest sympathy and feeling of loss that Molly, Jackie and myself feel. Although we did not know Michael very well, we did admired him and thought that he was a person to be respected and admired for his fair and decent treatment of all the swim team members. I will always look back fondly at the old race day meets and his competitive good nature. As I told you, Mrs. Adams at our golf outing that we worked together "you have the nicest boys that I have ever met" and that still goes!

Tom, lisa and family,
For the first time in my life I am truly at a loss of words. I cannot even Phathom what you all are going through. My heart breaks for each and every one of you. I know you'll hear this a million times over but I want you to know I'm here for you. Michaels life ended so tragically and way too soon but as hard as it is to understand, and we'll never know why God works in such mysterious ways, you have to believe Michael is now at peace and in a better place. However, he will always be alive in your hearts and minds forever and no one can ever take that away from you. I am so glad to have had the privilege to have met Michael . All I can say is, "Way too soon God"!!! Like I said before, God must've needed the perfect angel. Hang in there... You have a ton of friends and loved ones who you can always count on.
