Obituary of Daniel R. Russo

Daniel R. Russo of Flanders, NJ passed away on Monday, September 21, 2015. He was 70. Daniel was born on November 25, 1944 in Newark, NJ to the late Daniel and Rose (Saporito) Russo. He owned and operated Hott 22 in Union, NJ for many years. Daniel resided in Flanders, NJ for the past 15 years and previous to that, he lived in Bloomfield, NJ. He served in United States Navy and is a proud Vietnam Veteran. Daniel loved spending time with his family and his dogs. Daniel is survived by his sister, Rosemarie V. Sutherlin, his cherished nieces, and nephews and several great nieces and great nephews. He is predeceased by his brothers Joseph and Paul. Daniel's Life Celebration will include visitation on Thursday, September 24th from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the Leber-Lakeside Funeral Home, 150 Landing Road, Landing, NJ. There will be a catholic prayer service on Friday, September 25th at 10:00 am also at the funeral home. Daniel will be entombed at the Holy Cross Mausoleum in North Arlington, NJ.
