Mrs. Satus was a fine lady and a pillar of St Therese parish dating all the way back to the days when we celebrated mass in the roller skating rink (and were called the Holy Rollers). As far as I know, her only fault - according to my father - was that she was a lousy pinochle player. Of course, anyone who knew my father may wonder whether it was he, not she, who was the lousy pinochle player.
