I am so sorry for your loss and I know there isn't much I can say to bring comfort. I can offer a thought that has brought me some comfort in times of loss and it is at Isaiah 25:8, that says God "will swallow up death forever" and "wipe away the tears from all faces" by bringing about a time when we can see our loved ones again. (John 5:28,29) How I do look forward to that. I hope that thought brings you some comfort. I will pray for peace and comfort for you and your family!

We lost a good man and friend this week as Ken was called home too early.
Ken, you will always be remembered and hold a special place in our hearts, especially when spotting a deer in a field or finding a good deal on wine. Thank you for the memories of our time on the lake and at the ranch; our only regrets are that there won’t be more of those good times to remember in the future.

We just heard the awful news about Ken. Susan and I cannot express enough how sorry we are.
Ken lived next door to my dad in Hopatcong long enough for me to realize how important he was to my father and, for that, Ken will always have a special place in my heart. He was the truest, most sincere definition of "friend" I have ever come across.
Ken also gave me a rare opportunity once to drive (actually drive, not sit in the passenger seat) his amazing Corvette! I'm still not sure if I was more excited or more nervous.
I just hope that he and my dad are already planning for a hunting trip out in the woods upstairs. Or at least a trip where they go out in the woods together and my dad takes a nap.
Please know Carol and Arlene that you are in our thoughts and prayers. Ken, quite simply, was what made growing up in a place like Hopatcong so special.
