Tom and I are so saddened in hearing of Donna's death. Whenever we went to the diner she always greeted us whether she was our waitress or not. She always had fun nicknames for all of her customers often saying, "What can I get you 'Boo Boo'?" We always enjoyed her service. She will be missed terribly. May Donna rest in peace. The first thing I think of when I think of Donna is a Mom who loved her family. You would always find Donna and Ray at every soccer game, marching band performance and any other activity the girls were involved in.
Her smile and nicknames were famous at the Budd Lake Diner, Honey Bun, Sweetie Pie, etc. while she did an outstanding job taking care of us she always had a smile and kind words to share.
I am in shock of the loss of her energy and life in this world. I pray for Ray and the girls to carry her spirit and memories and to find comfort in the footprint she left behind. She will be missed by sooooo many. <3

So very sorry to heat of Donna's passing. Although I didn't know Donna personally, she was always someone who would brighten your day with a cheerful greeting. She is one of those people who made a difference in a person's life without ever knowing it. Thank you to Donna's family & the Budd Lake Diner for sharing her with all of us. As residents of Budd Lake since 1972, from the time we met Donna at the Budd Lake Diner until we moved away, we admired her attention to detail at the job which led to the comfort and joy of everyone who ate at the Diner. When we came north to visit from our new home in South Jersey, we saw Donna the last time we were there and she was so welcoming and made our dinner visit special. It was great seeing her there again.
Donna obviously adored her beautiful family and cherished her friends. She will be missed by many people, including us, and we pray that her family finds comfort from the comments from those who knew her and that those memories of her amazing style and personality comfort them in the times to come. She will be missed ❣️
