I met Lindsey when I was working as a charge nurse at St. Clare’s Dover NJ. She was an EMT on an ambulance that brought our patients. She was about 30 and I was about 42. She had a waist length long ponytail back then. Here we are in 2012. She was going through her 2nd round of chemotherapy and this was during my two years in a wheelchair.

I will forever remember my first Hopatcong friend with fond memories. From sports on the streets of Brooklyn Mtn. Rd, playing in the woods "dips" or at each others houses, to hanging out at the gas station. We may have lost touch over the years, but I will always think of you with a smile.
