Janet and Family - Just learned of Bill's passing. I first met Bill when he was in my classes at CCM and then when he became chief he was part of our communications system executive board. (Sussex-Morris Regional Police Communications Network). Would bump into him at state chiefs' meetings and an occasional FBINAA meeting. Bill was a good student and had the respect of his colleagues and the residents of Mt. Arlington. Hand salute and rest in peace Bill.

Bill was a great guy who always looked at the bright side. We played a lot of golf together and I miss our trips to Maryland. It was like golf boot camp. Bill would be knocking on the hotel door around 530am and we would head to the course. Many times we would be helping pull carts out of the cart barn since we were first to arrive. We would play at least 2 rounds and play pinochle in the hotel lobby after dinner.
Thoughts and Prayers to Janet and family.
RIP Bill hit em straight.

To the family of Chief Morgan,
It was an honor to serve under Chief Morgan.
He was a great mentor.
I will always remember our talks about hunting and fishing.
He will be missed. May he rest in peace.
Sincerely
Don and Nancy Tirpak

We are so saddened by Bill’s passing. We will really miss him. I enjoyed getting to know him over the past 8 years. We were brought to tears by this news, but we know Bill had been struggling recently. Our sincerest condolences to the whole family, especially our friend Janet. With Love, Erica Brunton and the girls at your dental office
