Clinton & Marline Popo posted a condolence
Thursday, June 10, 2021
Dear Kathy, Brian, Sean, TJ and extended families.
Please accept our sincere sympathy on the loss of your husband, Dad and family.
Our son Jon was Sean’s friend in HS and Tim and Kathy became our friends.
Tim was never too much in a hurry to stop to chat and laugh with us whenever we met him in the neighborhood. We enjoyed his conversations and friendship with us.
We are truly saddened of his passing.
Very sorry for your loss,
Clinton & Marline Popo, and sons
Jonathan & Nicholas

Tim was amazing person. Like everyone else, he was a great supervisor, mentor and person. I am personally traumatized by his passing. His voice, his personalty and my memories and all conversations I had with him are burned into my mind and will last until the day I die. He was truly one of the best people I have known in my life and will be missed. Jim Korec

Kathy, Brian, Sean, and TJ, your husband and father was a leader, mentor, and friend to many of us connected through the early years of our children in all the sports leagues. He was always gracious, good natured, and imbued fun into the conversations I had with him. I will remember his smile and hearty laugh always. I offer condolences on his passing from my family too, as Kevin and Jaimee are unable to attend his services. They also remember him very fondly. With Warmest Sympathies, Chris Conklyn

Tim and I were high school pals. Words like steady, reliable, generous, and caring come easily to mind when I remember Tim-and he had a pretty wicked sense of humor as well. I- and lots of others-are better for knowing Tim. His passing must be especially hard for his family. I know their memories of Tim and his grace and decency will comfort them now and in the future. Rest easy, my friend

Please allow us to express our sympathy for your great loss. Tim was a great leader, mentor and friend while we worked at ARDEC, until our retirement in 2006.
I believe his passion was his children as he was always there for them for their sports. As a manager, he was sincere, caring, conscientious and always fun to be with.
He will be greatly missed by his friends and employees. Such a Great smile for us all.
God must have special plans for him to take him so young.
Prayers and Blessing go to Tim's family.
Sincerely, Patricia and Donald Stewart

Tim Grealy was a great mentor, leader, and friend that was willing to help in any fashion. He hired me at Picatinny from the same alma mater, Manhattan College. I will cherish the small & large talks on everything from cars, Jasper basketball, and how to continuously improve for the U.S. Army Warfighter. His patience, humility, dedication, kindness, and larger than life charisma is an inspiration that I will carry with me forever. I'd like to offer my sincere condolences and prayers to the Grealy family.

My deepest condolences to the Grealy Family. I worked with Tim almost 10 years ago when I was still new to Picatinny and our paths crossed many times since. Tim was a great mentor and friend to me during my early days and Picatinny and for that I am forever grateful! He will be greatly missed.

My sincere condolences on the passing of Tim. He was a good high-school friend and I have many fond memories of him. I saw him again about three years ago when we went to a Yankees game together. It was great to see him again after so many years and I'm glad we got to share that time together. May he rest in peace.

It is devastating to learn that Tim has left us too soon, Tim was a true symbol of the American spirit for many of us.
I " DO " know that his soul will be forever on us, Picatinny Teams, his Family and friends.
God has made the call to watch over Tim in the Peaceful Eternal World - Trust in God.

I worked with Tim while he was in QESA. He always had a wonderful smile for you that made you feel better if you needed something to make the day go better. We were happy that he and Kathy were able to attend our wedding reception 23 years ago. He was smiling in every picture we have. My husband, John, also works at Picatinny and has also worked with Tim a few of times. We were saddened to hear of Tim's passing and pray he did not suffer.
We hope that all of your love and memories of Tim will help to sustain you through all the rough times. He will always be with you.
Our deepest sympathies.

Kathy, Brian, Sean, TJ: I worked for Tim years ago, he was my favorite Chief! He was fair, good-natured, always made a person feel comfortable. I had left a plastic rat in his desk drawer on April 1 many years ago; that rat showed back up in my work area, and went back and forth for a number of years til I left that building. While I haven't seen him in a long time, we still dropped emails every once in a while, and I will miss knowing that he's there. We called each other 'Neighbor', a throwback to when I lived somewhat near you all in Lake Hopatcong. During heavy snowstorms one year, he would pick me up on his way to work, as my vehicle was terrible in snow. His soul is one we needed on this earth; I guess God had other plans. May He comfort you all now.
In deepest sympathy, Amy Jones

To Kathleen and the Grealy Family, my sincere condolenses to you all on your loss of Tim. I have only been at Picatinny for 2 years and from day one Tim was a great help learning the ropes, great ear to bend and his view of everything sure helped me understand things so much better. We had really great talks about the job, saving the world, golf, scotch and beer. Tim was a real great person and friend. God bless and Rest in Peace my friend.

My sincere condolences on your loss of Tim. Every encounter that I had with Tim at work over the decades was a pleasure, either working on a task together, or just talking Mopars. Tim was such a nice person to be around. Rest in Peace Tim.
