Jim and I worked together at IRS for many years. I was his manager and he was one of my guys. We spent many hours working together and share are family stories. Jim was a man how cared deeply for his family, his Mom, Elaine and his children. They were always the most important people in his world. Later he had grandchildren and we shared stories of our grandchildren. Jim was a wonderful man. On 9/11 when we huddled in a church in Manhattan and later when we finally got back to the office he insisted on driving me home to Long Island. After all we’d been through he was still looking out for me. I missed his Christmas card this year which always came with a letter or a booklet or a grandparents prayer. I’ll miss you Jim, so sorry I can’t be there to say goodbye but I’ll always remember you. Rest in Peace my friend

James as we know was a very good person. I worked with him for many years. He always made an effort to help people at work. We were on different sides of the table many times. Him as the union me as management. But I always trusted his word and his work. He was always trying to help people with problems. In short he was a good guy. He made things difficult for me because he could find something positive in a person who had problems. He saved many people who had problems by giving them counsel and never giving up on his hope for there success. As a result of his efforts many were saved from compounded problems. He saw the best in people.
