Uncle Sammie was a dear, dear man who figured LARGELY in my childhood. He had a huge personality, always making us kids laugh. I never saw him much after I grew up but those kid memories last forever. I kept my name after marriage because I could not let go of my Italian heritage as a DeRosa.
Come sorrow, come change, these old Italian people taught us survival no matter our situation.
Rest In Peace and Thanks for Everything!!!
