I’ve known Janet for over 25 yrs.. She started as my patient, then my baby sitter, and soon a dear friend. I don’t even know where to start describing her and what I lost….We laughed and cried together. Went through thick and thin together. She was my confidante, my “ partner in crime”, my sharer of secrets, my spiritual advisor, but most of all one of my dearest friends. She had a way of endearing herself to anyone she met. She truly cared about her friends and their family and friends welfare. She was the most devoted Christian I knew! She strived to be better and live by her dear Lords ways with every sunrise. She prayed for anyone who needed it, friend or not, whether they wanted or not, and meant it! I can attest to the fact that her prayers were powerful and always worked for me and many of her friends and family. That’s saying a lot from someone who has struggled with spirtual beliefs for many years.
Her faith has carried her through some of the toughest times anyone should know. She always felt very blessed and was so grateful for even the smallest of kindnesses or gifts, or thoughts.
I will miss our visits, our chats over coffee/ tea and cookies, our fun gallivanting to Big Lots, our birthday outings, sharing family recipes and teaching me how to make the best Italian gravy since my dear moms. I miss you so much already …you left us way way too soon. Good bye for now dearest friend, you were such a blessing in my life and the life of all who knew you. You’ll be in my heart always. Until we meet again
