I'm so sad to hear about Mike's passing. I worked with Mike for many years at Staples and I always looked forward to his company. He definitely made our mundane office days fly by with his conversations and laughs. He was always in a good mood, I mean always! That's what we loved about him.

Mike was one of the most loving, gentle, and funny individuals in my life. Mike was Joe (Mike’s nephew) and myself (Maddie) wedding officiant in June of 2023. He was so happy to help us tie the knot and was so fun to have as part of the party.
A few stories of Mike:
When Joe was traveling with some friends, he met up with Mike for dinner. Joe’s friends were not being overly kind during the trip, and wanted to hang out with Mike to get a break from them. Mike offered for Joe to come to his house to hang out, eat good food, watch a good movie and listen to good music. He was there for Joe a difficult time and made his day brighter.
Joe and I were out in New York in September of 2023 and I had recently lost my grandpa and my father was really sick. We got to visit with Mike and Trish one of the days we were out there. Mike took the time to talk about religion with me and have a genuine heart to heart with me. He helped me at a very low point in my life.
Mike was someone who would meet people at their lowest and talk with them and walk with them, just like Jesus said to. He was someone I will never forget and I give credit to rekindling my faith. Joe and I will never take for granted the times we got to spend with Mike and the joy he granted us in good and bad times. Our hearts are so heavy to have lost someone so amazing.
