I have so many wonderful memories of Joe and Arlene over the years, the vacations, dinners and get togethers. I am greatful that my last memory of being with him was last New Years Eve at the "party" ....It was nice to see him smile and joke around. Mr. Vicari always yelled at me for calling him Mr. Vicari. I respected this man so much for over 27 years, that in my eyes he never deserved anything less. If I am half the man my father was I'd be thrilled. My dad cared for everyone and would do anything for anyone. Our hearts go out to Joe's family of his passing. Wonderful family man and good friend and neighbor for many years. We are so glad he was ours. Kind, friendly and great sense of humor. Personality plus. Many fond memories coaching Little League Baseball with Joe. Those lucky to have been involved with the Little League Club members and their families will remember his laughter at the "Halloween Parties". He won't be forgotten. Always in our prayers.
