Cory and Frankie: Me and my family read in the paper about Franks passing. He was so loved by so many people and respected also. I remember working at 3-1 Deli an him coming in for weekend papers and bagels. He was truly one of the most respected police officers. I am still in Hopatcong if you need someone to talk to or a shoulder to cry on. Send me an email if you need me and I sincerely mean this.

Frank Jr. & Family:
I was so sorry to read about your Dad's passing. Although I only met him a few times (mostly during the Christmas tree sales), he seemed like a really nice man.
Jeff and I send our sincere condolences to your family. I think about you often and hope that you are doing well.
Fondly,
Mary Ann Rattner

I wish to send my deepest condolences to the Liguori family for their loss. I met Frank when I was 15 years old as a Hopatcong Police Explorer and worked with him as a Police Officer. He always had my back and guided me to being better at my job. When I needed a witness for my wedding license, Frank was the first person I went to. He joked that I shouldn't hold him responsible if the marriage didn't work out . He was a friend and a mentor and I am a better man for having the honor of knowing him

Dear Cory and everyone in the Liguori Family,
I was so saddened to hear of Frank's passing as I did not know he was ill. Though I didn't know Frank well, I always thought highly of him and remember him always smiling. I know you have many happy memories to sustain you during this difficult time. I will not be able to be there today as my granddaughter is graduating high school today and the timing won't allow me to stop in. My thoughts and prayers will be with you. Most Sincerely, Mary Ann

Cory, Cheryl and I are so sorry for your loss. We know that Frank is in a better place right now watching over the rest of us as he did as a servant of the Lord as a Peace Officer. Cheryl and I will always remember the great time we had in the Keys together watching the dolphins. As Priscilla says know that Frank and Bill are together now looking for that BIG CATCH.

Frank was a positive role model and a man of exceptional values for the youth of Hopatcong. He helped mentor me and many others who eventually pursued careers in law enforcement. His legacy lives on in those individuals.
Frank - thank you.
