Obituary of Michael Ryan Genung

Michael Ryan Genung, a.k.a. "Headphones" passed away on Monday August 8 at Morristown Memorial Hospital. He was 23. Born in Newton, Michael resided in Hopatcong nearly all his life. He graduated from Centenary College in Hackettstown in May of 2011. Michael loved playing video games, going out dancing, discussing politics and history and was most proud of traveling to New Orleans, LA with Centenary College and Drew University to re-build homes that were destroyed by Hurricane Katrina. Loving son of Bruce & Lori and beloved brother of Danielle. Other survivors include many aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends.
