We're saddened to learn of Frank's sudden passing. He was, as Roger said, a leader and a friend to a great many of us in the Security Forces across this great nation. He was proud to serve and did so with great insight, wisdom and humor. From our family to Frank's, may it comfort you to know he was special not only to you, but his fellow warriors. May God rest his soul and help you through this trying time.

Frank was one of the first Commanders to welcome me into the Air Force Reserves and was a good friend. As a Commander for 20 years, he touched so many lives in a positive manner. He was a great leader of our men and women in uniform. I depended on him for his strong counsel and sage advice as did many in the Security Forces and Air Force Reserves. His accomplishments and the junior leaders he created will live on as a lasting memorial to his dedication and professionalism in service to our country. He will be remembered always and missed often.
