Becky was my childhood friend at Hartridge School- loyal, funny, enthusiastic, irreplaceable. I cant imagine how her family can adjust to this loss, but I know it's terribly important that you be okay. With all respect and love, Jay

My deepest condolences to her family today. I loved going to storytime with the kids when they were little. She prepared them for preschool by reading, playing her guitar and singing songs. She will be truly missed. Her welcoming smile and words allowed my kids explore books in such a great environment.

My boys (now age 14 and 11) and I have very happy memories of storytime with Mrs. B. We enjoyed hearing her read the stories, sing "Head, Shoulders, Knees and Toes" and make a craft/artwork. I will miss saying "Hi" to her when I am in the library.

I was quite saddened to hear about "Mrs. B". Every year around this time, I would call her to set a date for my Kindergarten class to visit the library. The children, parents and I would have such fun walking over to the library. She would read several stories and show a video of one of the books she read. She always had such a nice way about her; so sweet and kind to all. "Mrs. B." will be greatly missed. May she rest in peace.

Our condolences to the family. Becky was always kind, sweet, warm and loving, with a sincere smile and pleasant word for everyone. Our son and daughter, who are now in college, spent many happy hours at storytime. Becky was the very best story reader, the variations of her voice bringing a plethora of characters to many tiny, eager ears. In this nurturing environment, many babies and toddlers heard a guitar played for the first time. When our son grew a bit too old for storytime, but I wanted to continue bringing his younger sister, Becky wisely suggested letting him help her with arts and crafts, making him feel important. Her wisdom worked! I can't imagine Becky ever harboring a negative thought. The world has certainly been improved by her life.
