Obituary of Paul G. Bohrer

Paul G. Bohrer died Sunday March 6, 2011 at St. Clare's Hospital in Dover. He was 81. Born in Scranton, PA, Mr. Bohrer resided in the Port Morris section of Roxbury Twp., NJ prior to moving to the Landing section of the township in 1965. He served in the United States Marine Corps from 1947-1950. Mr. Bohrer was a railroad engineer for 43 years. He was employed by Erie/Erie-Lackawanna/Conrail railroads prior to working for NJ Transit. He earned the honor of an Eagle Scout from the Boy Scouts of America and was a passionate railroad enthusiast. Mr. Bohrer was a loving husband, father and grandfather whose greatest joy was spending time with his family. Devoted husband of Joanne (Reilly). Beloved father of Paul Jeffrey, Michael Paul and his wife Julia A. and Kenneth Joseph and his wife Ruth Jane. Adoring grandfather of Matthew Yarnold and his wife Christina, Charles Yarnold, Michael G., Paul L. and Joseph L. Bohrer. Dear brother of Ruth Andres and Shirley Gloman.
