It is with a heavy heart that I say goodbye to my friend in writing and not in person. I too met Tom at Pitt where we shared many laughs. That is what I will miss most about Tom, his sheepish grin and his laugh.
Tom, I pray that you have found peace and please look over all of us that you have left behind.

Tom was a wonderful addition to our vrey large extended family, and one who fit in just right with all the family in pittsburgh. I am happy to call him my cousin. We enjoyed many vacations together as families, both up north, and in florida. Little did I know that the last time i would see him would be on his final trip here in March. He even talked about coming back this summer.
I'm fortunate to have spent time with both he and merrill. My heart goes out to Shelby, Mark and Merrill, as well as the rest of Tom's family and friends. We will always think of him fondly, and enjoy the wonderful memories of our times together. He was very much loved by us all.

Tom, my friend, our friend always the great smile and that desire to have fun.
Great ski trips, standing on the top of the mt. looking out and just smiles ear to ear and saying how lucky we are.
Swimming and having fun at the lake, concerts, boating and skiing..those rides up the mt. in the chairlift talking and having fun. New friends you brought into my life.
Two great kids that he brought into our lives.
Always a real stand up guy. I'll always miss him and life will never be the same.
To Tom may you be at peace..I love you man..... Thanks for some of the best times of my life...Kevin

Miss you greatly already, my friend. So many memories of my very tall friend: making short jokes on my 40th birthday video, celebrating Halloween and my birthday at your house, your visits here for Labor Days, going to see Yes together. You were always so very generous to everyone. May you find peace, and may those of us who love you keep you in our hearts forever.
