Obituary of Alice M. McNicholas

Alice M. (nee: Coward) McNicholas of Stanhope died Sunday July 26, 2009 at Morristown Memorial Hospital. She was 88. Born in Dover, she lived in Succasunna and West Palm Beach FL before moving to Stanhope in 1996. She was a homemaker who cared lovingly for her family. She is predeceased by 2 stepsons: George McNicholas Jr. and Douglas McNicholas and two sisters: Francis and Ethel. Beloved wife for 59 years of George Sr... Devoted mother of Alice and Richard McNicholas and Liz Nagel. Dear mother-in-law of Carol McNicholas and Neva Weisskoph. Loving sister of Alfred and his wife Margaret and Muriel and her husband Wayne. Loving grandmother of 12 grandchildren and great-grandmother of 9 great-grandchildren. Cherished friend for many years of Dottie Buldiger. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
