I got to know Bruce while working for the state D.E.P. doing cleanups of contaminated sites. Of all the contractors, engineers or various science professionals I worked with , Bruce was the most competent and reassuring that the job would be done right. He was also almost always happy doing his job and laughing about some odd case we worked together. My sincere condolences to his family.
