To all the Joe Ben beloved family, I am writing this in the early morning hours of Joe Del's wake and the words are not coming easy from my brain but from my broken heart. Cheech and Joe Ben were the BEST of the BEST, if you saw one of them you would know the other would be right there beside him wether it was in school, church, work at the A& P or just hanging out. Cheech would always comt to visit even if it was sit on the front lawn together while Joe D was mowing the lawn, it took him from 9am to 7 pm to finish the lawn because, Joe Ben, Joe T. Fritzie, Red Weaver and all his other friends would stop to say hello.
Joe Ben was and is still a very unique person, he was filled with a fantastic sense of humor, a personality that cannot be beat and the most wonderful and caring family. I am so happy and fortunate that our kids remained such good friends and the friendship between Cheech and Joe Del can never be duplicated by anyone else, they were best buddies and TRUE FRIENDS.
Our lives change but what we feel in our hearts will never change, the "JOE'S" were the best husbands and fathers that anyone could ask for. We are so proud to be your friends.

To the Benvenuto Boys
I am so deeply sadden about your dad. We met all the time at the cemetary and would chat for the longest time. What am i going to do without my friend there. We talked a lot about life and God all the time and the power of prayer and that we will both be fine. Mom always loved you dad and as well had beautiful conversations at the cemetary regularly with him. I am so very sorry and share the pain you must now feel. Sincerely with love, MaryAnn DeLello
