ANDOVER TOWNSHIP - Penny H. Simone (nee: Hitch) died Friday April 13 at home. She was 39 years old. Born in Wilmington, DE. Mrs. Simone lived in the Succasunna section of Roxbury Twp. before moving to Andover Township 11 years ago. She was a Homemaker. She was predeceased by her sister, Lauri Hitch in 2006. Beloved wife of John S. Jr. Devoted mother of Jack and Madeline both at home. Cherished daughter of Howard and Nancy (nee: Neville) Hitch of Delaware, Dear sister of Kenneth Hitch and Stephen Hitch of Delaware and Randi Gordon of Knowlton, NJ.
