Pru was the epitome of a woman. Wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother, there were no limits to her love. Her kind heart and infectious spirit would light up any room wherever she would go. Her love and acceptance to one and all were felt by everyone who were lucky enough to meet her. She may have been taken from this world too soon but she will never be forgotten. Her spirit will live on inside of all who surround her, who love her and will always remember her for touching our heart and souls.
Pru we love you, we thank you and we know you will be watching over us.

I came to know Pru when she joined our Storysharers group at Paragon Village. She would arrive each session with her loose-leaf notebook and fond memories of family and friends. She was an exceptional writer--loved poetry--and an equally exceptional reader as she added just the right inflection to her work. Indeed she was the "mayor" of Paragon--whenever my husband and I had dinner with his mom who is a resident, we noticed that when Ed and Pru arrived at the dining hall, she would circulate from table to table, greeting each one and inquiring as to their day. I treasure the time I had with her. Ed and family, you are in our prayers as you grieve--and in the words of Pru and Ed's song, you have the hope that "We'll Meet Again."

Pru was one of the first people to cheer me on and believe in me as I started my career as a Stampin' Up! demonstrator. She was so supportive and had faith in me even before I had faith in myself. She was independent, strong, sweet, beautiful and I feel truly blessed to have known her and had her touch my life. My deepest sympathies go out to her family. My thought and prayers during this sad and difficult time. Pru was such a strong, loving and gracious wife, mother, grandma and great grandma. There is so much to love and adore about Pru, what I always admired was , you always knew she were she stood ( not much beating around the bush) ?? and the things she could make out of yarn, plastic bags ,were just great.
